Hi all-
My name is James McTague, and I have been selected to represent the Democratic Party in the McHenry County District 1 County Board race. As a concerned citizen I decided that I was sick and tired of seeing (Republican) candidates consistently running uncontested on the election ballots in McHenry County. Choice is necessary for a functioning democracy. Hopefully by expanding our choice we will be able to confront various problems in our community such as transportation gridlock, re-establishing greater ethics in our elected officials, and curtailing our skyrocketing property taxes.
